Limited street parking is available on Chester Road, and an on-site car wash service operates from our parking bay during business hours. Aura on Chester does not own or control the surrounding street parking and accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or injury to any vehicle, its contents, or its occupants while parked on or near the premises. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.

Aura on Chester accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left on the premises, including in treatment rooms, the waiting area, or the garden. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

All treatments are performed by trained therapists using professional products. While we take every care to ensure your safety and comfort, all treatments are undertaken at your own risk. Aura on Chester, its owners, and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse reaction arising from a treatment, whether foreseeable or not. Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities prior to treatment, and for following all pre- and post-treatment advice provided by our therapists.

A patch test is required at least 24 hours before certain treatments, including lash and brow tinting, where a client is new to the product or has a known sensitivity. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns when booking. Aura on Chester reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment where a contraindication is identified.

Aura on Chester is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind, whether in person, by phone, by message, or online. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any person to leave the premises where their behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others. Any safeguarding concern may be raised in confidence with our team.

Bookings are made through our online booking platform. Aura on Chester has a cancellation policy designed to protect appointment times and our therapists — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Cancellation or late-arrival fees may apply according to the booking terms for your appointment. Payment is due on the day of treatment. Offers, packages, and discounts may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

From time to time we may take photographs or video on the premises for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be included, please let a member of our team know. We will always seek your consent before featuring any identifiable client in our marketing.
